# Receipt Tokens

When a user lends ETH on Boost, they will receive an ERC-20 receipt token called BoostETH.

Once ETH supplied to the Blast airdrop is unlocked from the Blast foundation, BoostETH will be redeemable 1:1 for ETH.

BoostETH will be freely transferrable once minted. It is up to the user what they do with their receipt tokens. They may try to use external protocols in order to borrow against them or trade them, or simply transfer them to different accounts.
